North America Purchasing is an organization within GTP supporting VTNA and Mack brands on the purchasing related activities both on Automotive and indirect purchasing.
Mission
As Administrative Assistant to multiple Vice President North America Purchasing, you will have the responsibility to provide high qualitative support in a proactive manner, you will also get involved into supporting the team with Business analysis and get more and more engaged into the roles and missions of a top performing Purchasing team
In this role, you need to be able to work both independently and take your own initiatives as well as in proactively in close cooperation with others. You will have the opportunity of working in a global environment and position involves substantial international and local contacts.
Main activities and responsibilities

  • Coordinate joint deliverables such as KPIs & PIs
  • Review and prepare presentations and reports
  • Plan and coordinate activities to secure repetitive deliverables such as KPIs and PIs
  • Manage the Vice President North America Purchasing calendar and travel arrangements
  • Organize workspaces and team places for efficient ways of working
  • Prepare business overviews and get to know the purchasing function in details
  • Process administrative tasks such as travel expenses, orders creation and Invoice management
