Volvo Group Trucks Operations is a global team with approximately 31.000 employees in 32 different countries.
Powertrain Production (PTP) is a global organization of about 8.000 people worldwide within 11 manufacturing facilities spread in Brazil, France, India, Sweden and USA. We manufacture – and remanufacture – the best Engines, Transmissions and Components for the Volvo Group. We strongly believe and apply the principles of continuous improvement through VPS – Volvo Production System – to boost our processes towards World Class levels of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment and People. PTP Curitiba has about 400 employees and is part of Volvo Group Latin America. We are responsible to produce engines and transmissions for Volvo Trucks, Volvo Buses and power generators for Volvo Penta in Latin America. Our main manufacturing processes are Machining, Engine and Transmission Assembly, Engine Test and Paint, Engine Installation and Remanufacturing. To support all this production areas we are organized in different staff functions such as Maintenance & Maintenance Engineering, Quality, Logistics & Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Control, Communications, Process & IT and VPS.
We are looking for a new team member as Administrative Assistant that will work in close contact with PTP Curitiba plant manager and the local management team.

What is expected from the Administrative Assistant?
Assists/Relieves Plant Manager in his agenda and administrative/operational controls
Supports the local management team with routines and interfaces with Business Areas and Truck Divisions
Collects inputs, organize and prepare the agenda for the weekly plant management team meeting
Owns the management team meeting minutes and distribute it accordingly
Keeps track and supports the management team action log
Collects the needs and launch supplier orders through internal purchasing system (EBD)
Handles travel requests from management team business trips
Owns general business related expense reports and prepare for approval
Updates managerial information & KPI’s in virtual and physical boards
Owns office supplies management
Be the point of entry for visitors in the area and coordinate internal, eventually conducting visits to the shop floor
Coordinates & manage extraordinary internal events planning, including all necessary arrangements
Organizes all correspondent plant meeting rooms agenda
Owns office areas lay out changes
Be the ambassador and enthusiast of 5S (Casa Limpa) in office areas
Keeps needed documentation organized in team places and shared folders
Represents PTP Curitiba in the associated networking in Volvo Group Latin America and Powertrain Production
