Who are we?
Customer Solution is at the heart of our business. At the same time, we are maintaining existing systems to keep the business running.
Who are you?
We are looking for a self-driven product specialist with a “can-do” attitude that is going to take good care of our new quotation and scheduling platform. In order to do so, you work closely with the sales organization and colleagues from the Repair & Maintenance Services commercial and data teams in order to capture change needs. Furthermore, you monitor the Salesforce™ technology and formulate proposals on how Volvo CE could act.
Besides this strategic aspect, you administrate our tools and ensure that they are running by planning and developing them according to the set objectives. When new functionalities are being released, you participate in the user acceptance testing. This needs to be done in collaboration with internal and external suppliers.
You deliver 2nd line business support and communicate system releases, while tracking and identifying product defects and resolve them together with the IT maintenance organization.
Experience and Qualifications
You have a higher degree in system or business administration as well as an excellent understanding of the product management process. You are analytical and have experience in mapping and understanding processes. Doing this, you see the overall picture and never lose sight of your target.
Preferably, you possess product management experience with innovative hi-tech products. Experience of working with Salesforce™ is a high asset. You have experience in working in a geographically diverse cross-functional team. Fluent English skills both spoken and written are required; additional language skills are considered as a benefit.
