Aftermarket logistic and warranty Specialist

Job purpose
To manage aftersales network communication, providing it administrative and logistic support and warranty claims administration. It is the single point of contact for external and internal requests upon spare parts/ warranty.
Role description / Key Responsibilities
  • Management of technical documentation and spare parts
  • Logistics management of inbound / outbound transport
  • Management and Sales Order Entry of spares
  • Management of purchase of spare parts from CST
  • Accounting management of the Warehouse
  • Management reporting and analysis of sales spare parts
  • Administrative management of the exchange program
  • Support Warranty Manager in the management of claims
  • Billing active parts
  • System Management in the role of key user
Qualifications / Experience
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics
  • Understanding and Technical orientation of the business
  • Ability to work in groups and high skills
  • Dynamism and predisposition to flexible working
  • Ability to work accurately and methodically
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Skills in problem solving
