Manager Productivity Services, Volvo Group Connected Solutions
Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. Together with our stakeholders, we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.

We are now looking for a Manager Productivity Services within Consumer Services North America for Volvo and Mack Brands. You will be in close collaboration with our two main business areas and customers developing services that will help grow the existing services portfolio of Productivity services. You will have responsibility to create roadmaps, budgets, resource plans and strategies to support the Productivity products and services.
We believe that you have a good knowledge of how connected services and machine data, together with a genuine interest in understanding the needs of our business areas and customer, can be used to bring Productivity services area forward helping to improve value to our customers. You have a proven track record of working with performance services. You are passionate for people, customer value and technology.
- In close collaboration with business areas and customers, establish a roadmap for Productivity services based on identified needs and available connected assets
- Grow the connected Productivity services portfolio
- Develop, improve and maintain the new services to be high performing over the life cycle
- Lead the way of a minimal viable product approach and user oriented services
- Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture
- Solid experience in Productivity related services
- Genuine interest in our business areas and customer business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Successful in building excellent working relationships and networks
- Strong leadership courage, entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality
- A strong believer in culture, genuine care for people and value driven performance
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Ideally 5+ years of management experience
- Ideally 10+ years of experience and progressive experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, preferably for a manufacturing business
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide consultative skills throughout the process
- Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
