Service Owner Fleet Management

We are happy to announce that we are now hiring a Service Owner that will manage services that make our customers more productive and who is ready to take some action.

Main activities and responsibilities:
In the role as Service Owner you will be responsible for the management of productivity and uptime related services. You will receive input from our colleagues within the organization and based on their requirements develop, operate and support services within your area. You will work in close cooperation with our architects and project managers. You will be responsible for operational quality, service cost and driving productivity for the services.
We believe that you are social, flexible and like working in a global environment. You have a strong customer focus and a natural, service minded attitude. You enjoy teamwork but you can also work independently and take initiative with a result-oriented mindset. You motivate your colleagues and create energy in the team.
You have the ability to establish and maintain good relations and. You are proactive and have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve your knowledge. Your enthusiasm, technical competence, business acumen and presentation skills will drive growth and customer success. You are proficient in both spoken and written English.
Required knowledge, experience:
- Experience from managing the lifecycle of services
- Very good knowledge in English, written and spoken
- Holistic mindset with strong customer focus
- Experience from financial management of service delivery
- Have proven capacity to execute against set targets
- Experience from automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- IT Infrastructure service delivery according to ITIL is desirable
- A university degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Other language capabilities are desirable
